The No Kings Alliance: The Rapid Response Arm of the Movement

Events and actions listed on this webpage are not necessarily endorsed or supported by every organization involved in the No Kings mobilization. For more information, please reach out to info@nokings.org.

In June and October millions of us took to the streets across the country to show the world that we don’t accept kings in America. We knew then and we know now that our work will not end there. Now President Trump and Republicans have doubled down on their cruelty and attacks on working people.

THIS WEEK’S ACTION

Mass Mutual Aid

Join us this weekend as we provide mutual aid and care to our neighbors hurt by the Republican government shutdown.

We’re showing up in solidarity, not just in protest, but in care. Here are three ways you can take immediate action to support your community and fight back:

Donate to your local food bank.

Support your local food bank or mutual aid network with a financial gift to help feed families directly impacted by the shutdown.

Support your local community shelter.

Donate food, clothing, menstrual products, and other essentials to existing local food banks or shelters. Check with your local organizations first to see what they need most.

Host a Local give-back drive.

Check out our Mutual Aid Guide and visit Mobilize to learn more, connect with others in your area, and start your own food or supply drive.

Solidarity in action

Right now Republicans are refusing to protect critical healthcare and nutrition programs which will result in 42 million Americans losing the benefits that keep their families fed. When those in power hoard resources and use our government to punish people, we answer with collective care and resistance, feeding our bodies and fueling our movement.

This weekend, join the No Kings Alliance and millions of Americans, from rural farms to suburban neighborhoods to city centers, who are coming together to provide mutual aid and care for our communities.

What to expect next

Even when there’s no breaking news or crisis moment, there’s always something to do. Each week we’ll update this page with a new “Culture of Defiance” action — stories, creative campaigns, or local actions you can share to keep our movement visible and strong.
